How It Works
Deployment begins with a full facility survey: measuring aisle widths, racking configurations, floor flatness, and traffic flow patterns. We use simulation software to right-size the fleet before procurement. Laser-guided vehicles use retroreflective targets mounted on racking and walls to navigate; vision-guided vehicles use onboard cameras and AI to navigate without fixed infrastructure. The fleet management system receives pick and put-away tasks from your WMS and assigns them to available vehicles, optimising routing to avoid congestion. Safety systems include lidar-based obstacle detection, speed reduction in pedestrian zones, and emergency stop.
