Who We Are
Allied Automation is a warehouse automation integration company — we design, supply, install, integrate, and support the automation systems that make warehouses and distribution centres faster, leaner, and more profitable. Our work spans AGV and AMR fleet deployments, automated conveying, high-speed sortation, autonomous forklift systems, and the software integration that connects hardware to WMS, ERP, and MES platforms.
We are headquartered in Adelaide, Australia, with our South African office in Cape Town — the home base for our African operations, and we understand the specific operational, regulatory, and infrastructure context in which our clients work. Load shedding resilience is designed in. Labour consultation planning is part of every implementation. Local technical support with response SLAs that reflect the operating reality of a South African warehouse are standard in every service agreement.
Beyond South Africa, Allied Automation has delivered automation projects across East Africa, West Africa, and into Central Africa, as well as supporting clients in Australia, the UK, and South-East Asia through our global office network. This gives us access to automation technology and implementation expertise that spans markets and sectors — which we bring to every South African engagement.
We are not a product reseller. Every client engagement begins with a site assessment and financial modelling exercise, proceeds through a structured design and simulation phase, and results in a project managed to completion by our own team. Post-delivery, Allied Automation remains accountable through our service agreements — not a third-party maintenance provider who doesn't know the system.

Senior Automation Specialist — Africa
Shaun leads Allied Automation's African operations, specialising in warehouse automation solutions across South Africa and the broader African continent. He focuses on AMR fleet deployments, sortation system design, and WMS integration for distribution environments.
Aleksa Marjanovic
Implementation & Integration Lead
Aleksa manages the technical delivery of Allied Automation projects from commissioning through WMS integration and go-live. With a background in industrial control systems and software integration, he ensures every automation system communicates seamlessly with clients' existing technology stacks.
Corey Batt
Managing Director — Global Operations
Corey oversees Allied Automation's global operations, spanning the company's offices in South Africa, Australia, the United Kingdom, New Zealand, and Thailand. He brings two decades of experience in automation project delivery and business development across the Asia-Pacific and African markets.

Senior Automation Specialist — UK
Mike leads Allied Automation's UK and European client engagements, with deep expertise in pharmaceutical distribution automation, airport baggage handling systems, and large-scale e-commerce fulfilment. He works closely with the South African team on pan-African projects requiring UK technology partners.
